By accessing or using Pan Dynamicx’s services, including classes, events, and online resources, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Use of Services
All content, lessons, and programs are intended for personal, non-commercial use unless explicitly stated. You may not reproduce, share, or distribute our materials without prior written consent.
Class & Program Enrollment
Enrollment is based on availability. Payments must be completed prior to the start of any program. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, alternative arrangements or refunds will be provided.
Booking Events & Performances
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit. Final payment terms and performance requirements will be clearly outlined in your booking agreement. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the event to receive a refund of the deposit.
Cancellations & Refunds
Refunds are offered under specific conditions:
Classes: Full refund if canceled 72 hours before start date.
Bookings: Refund of deposit if canceled with 7+ days’ notice.
No-shows or late cancellations may forfeit any payments made.
Code of Conduct
We maintain a respectful and inclusive environment. Discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the program or event without refund.
Intellectual Property
All logos, content, and materials are the property of Pan Dynamicx and may not be copied or used without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Pan Dynamicx is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in our programs or events. Participants take part at their own risk.
